Lobi Stars of Makurdi held Wydad Casablanca of Morocco to a goalless draw in their fourth group game of the CAF Champions League played on Tuesday, February 12.
The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) representatives on the continent Lobi Stars suffered a shock home defeat to Wydad Casablanca in their third group game of the competition.
ASEC Mimosas of Ivory Coast and Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa played out a goalless draw in the other group encounter leaving Lobi Stars needing at least a point against Wydad Casablanca if they are to qualify to the knockout stages of the competition.
